How to Edit a Client ID or Passport Number
Updating a client's ID number or passport information is a simple process that can be done directly from your account. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Clients" page.
Find the client whose ID or passport number you want to edit. You can use the search bar to find them quickly.
Hover over the "Actions" button for that client and click on "Edit".
You will be taken to a page with the client's personal details. Scroll down to the "ID/Passport Number" field and enter the new number.
Make sure to double-check that the new number is correct and click on "Save" to confirm the changes.
That's it! The client's ID or passport number has now been updated in your system. If you update the ID number for an individual, their age will be automatically updated as well.
